Community Colleges
AIMS COMMUNITY COLLEGE With campuses in Loveland and Greeley, Aims offers a variety of instructional programs designed to meet the needs of a diverse student body and the demands of a technological and diverse society. The college offers four two-year degrees and numerous shorter career and technical certificates.
FRONT RANGE COMMUNITY COLLEGE (FRCC) FRCC is becoming the choice college for students who want a high-quality education at an affordable price. More importantly, with more than 100 degree and certificate programs, FRCC gives students the ability to discover their talents and truly create the career and life they want.
Adult Education
EDUCATION AND LIFE TRAINING CENTER A nontraditional adult education program based on the assumption that many quality of life issues of at-risk individuals/families can be addressed by building their capacity so that they can step onto career ladders for upward mobility – and thereby achieve a basic standard of living and economic self-sufficiency. This program accomplishes provides people with the hard and soft cognitive skills that can lead to jobs with a good starting wage, with advancement opportunities, and with benefits.
OSHER LIFELONG LEARNING INSTITUTE (OLLI) at CSU In partnership with the Bernard Osher Foundation, the Osher Lifelong Learning Institute (OLLI) at Colorado State University is an innovative educational program. The program is designed to help people 50 years of age or better, or anyone with a curious mind, renew their enthusiasm for learning in a relaxed atmosphere.
Universities
COLORADO STATE UNIVERSITY (CSU) As one of our nation's leading research universities, Colorado State University awarded degrees to over 5,000 graduates, attracted more than $220 million in research funding, supported advances in science, technology and learning; and community enrichment via the arts, humanities and the intellectual richness of a great research university. CSU leads the world in such areas as infectious disease research, atmospheric science and environmental science. Colorado State University is the “university of choice” for Colorado residents; 30% of all of Colorado’s science, math, engineering and technology majors study at CSU. In addition to its excellent programs in those areas, CSU offers among the very best professional programs in the United States in areas like veterinary medicine, occupational therapy, journalism, agriculture and construction management. Its programs in the arts, humanities and social sciences are also outstanding.
CSU - CENTER FOR ENTREPRENEURSHIP The Center for Entrepreneurship, based at the College of Business, focuses on creating learning experiences for entrepreneurship students across the CSU campus. The curriculum allows students to pursue an entrepreneurship certificate and improves their odds of entrepreneurial success.
CSU – GREEN ACADEMIC PROGRAMS With programs focused on environmental sustainability and climate change integrated across the curriculum, Colorado State students are well prepared to be strategically competitive in meeting this surging need for a highly skilled green-collar workforce.
UNIVERSITY OF NORTHERN COLORADO (UNC) With over 100 undergraduate programs and more than 100 graduate programs, UNC has much to offer. UNC has students representing 49 states and 46 countries, and has a placement rate of 96%, with 2004-05 graduates entering employment or attending graduate school. The fall, 2006 enrollment was for 10,799 undergraduate and 2,182 graduate students.
UNC -MONFORT COLLEGE OF BUSINESS The Kenneth W. Monfort College of Business at the University of Northern Colorado is focused exclusively on undergraduate business education and internationally accredited in business administration and accounting. Monfort is the sole business school to receive the Malcolm Baldrige National Quality Award from the Office of the President of the United States and the U.S. Department of Commerce, the Timberline Award from Colorado Performance Excellence, and the Program of Excellence Award from the Colorado Commission on Higher Education. Students at Monfort score in the top 5 percent on nationwide standardized exit exams and earn a degree in Business Administration with an emphasis in accounting, computer information systems, finance, general business, management, or marketing.

The NCC is a non-profit organization dedicated to the preservation, enhancement and sustainability of quality craftsmanship. Working with industry, institutional and government partners, we provide education, training, community service and research to support the retention and extension of craft skills at the local, regional, and national levels.
CHARACTER FORT COLLINS
Character Fort Collins advances and promotes the community-wide character initiative in all sectors of the community. It exists to encourage, support and resource individuals, businesses and organizations in their efforts to lead, develop and model good character. One of the primary goals of Character Fort Collins is to provide training and resources to leaders of organizations that are developing their own character development programs.
